Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Chicago so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Chicago Smiles does not participate in Health Management Organizations(HMO); however, we do accept almost all PPO and Indemnity dental plans. We accept checks, cash or credit cards.
Payment Options
We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please talk to our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file your insurance claims for you.
*****Ask about our new in office SMILE PLAN. This is not an insurance plan but rather an in-house dental package on ALL dental procedures. The plan also has specialists on board as providers. This plan is designed to offer benefits to those that have lost employment or dental insurance.
